xDataBackup Manager Pro adds file-based backup and restore capabilities to Clarion applications.
The template can automate backups at application startup or shutdown, create backups on demand, and restore all or selected files when needed.
Smart backup behavior
Backups can be tied to actual changes in monitored data so an application does not have to create unnecessary archives. An optional visual indicator can also show the user when changed data suggests a backup should be made.
Archive management
Backup archives can use flexible filenames, and old archives can be removed automatically according to the application's rules.
Backup activity and errors can be logged for troubleshooting and audit purposes.
